@Angel: I was really skeptical at first, but now that I’ve used them for a while I can tell you – wholeheartedly – that these things are pretty damn amazing. You can find out all about the health benefits elsewhere, but more than anything they just make running FUN. A while ago my girlfriend and I hiked the Grand Canyon, each wearing a pair, and it was a blast. We didn’t want to stop. I say try them out and judge them. Just know that the first week or so, your calves and shins will be aching like crazy.
