Colin,

Just stumbled across your site today via your Under30CEO posting, and man am I jealous!

The beginning of this year, I made the decision to do exactly what you're doing now - one new place every three or four months - and I've been laying plans for it ever since.

Best of luck on your journeys... I can't wait to see what happens in the future, and maybe I'll run into you when I begin my own adventure.

Cheers

Really great description of your project, thanks for sharing, Colin!
I feel the same way about most of the things you shared :) I'm going through the minimalism & sustainability phases right now... removing all useless stuff, keeping/getting only what will serve me durably for years: objective one backpack (or carry-on, not decided yet :p)
Also trying to automatize the business... and trying to get funds/emergency reserve with my current freelance jobs.
Although doing this altogether is not an easy task and definitely demands lots of energy (I admit to sometimes feel overwhelmed) I'm planning my departure for 2010... the soonest I can.
Cheers and see you maybe somewhere in the world!

Colin,

Best of luck! I have mixed feelings of excitement and jealousy. If you ever decide to spend time in Cusco, I think you should consider living in an isolated community up in the Andes where they don't speak Spanish. I think that would be a unique experience within a unique experience.

Again, best of luck!
